Outbound
The first year of Yonsei is referred to as "Outbound." This is when the Yonsei team travels to Japan during the summer to play basketball and go sightseeing in various cities.
Basketball
The Yonsei teams have the opportunity to play in basketball games against teams from local schools.
Cultural Experience
Yonsei players partake in a cultural experience; past activities have involved kendo, tea ceremonies, koto, shuji (Japanese calligraphy), and more.
Sightseeing
The Yonsei players and their families have various opportunities to go sightseeing and visit numerous well-known Japanese cities. In the past, Yonsei has visited locations such as Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima.
